My Job is (工作内容):

To provide strategic advice and accurate sales forecast recommendations to help identify the best opportunities to acquire sites. I provide insight to help meet the long term plan and deliver the right format of stores in the right locations to meet customer needs.

I'm mainly in charge of (工作职责):

1. Working with the Site Research Manager to carry out individual site assessment throughout the Region
2. Writing report recommendations on individual sites to the China leadership team and Tesco UK main board
3. Carry out assessments to continually develop the China new store strategy
4. Monitoring competitor development, and updating databases

The skills I need are (任职资格):

1. Graduate in a numerate degree, such as Geography, Economics or Statistics. A background in urban planning would be advantageous
2. Strong written and spoken English skills
3. Confidence in working with numbers and statistical techniques
4. Demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the China retail market
5. Good at dealing with uncertainty
6. Good presentation skills, and be able to influence senior managers in Tesco with robust argument
7. Confidence to put across own views in the face of occasionally strong opposition - to be diplomatic but strong
8. Enquiring mind with a strong interest in places and the ability to empathise with consumers/customers Innovative, with a willingness to accept new ideas
9. Independent but willing to learn
10.High level of PC literacy. Spreadsheet knowledge is essential, and ideally will have a working knowledge of sales forecasting models and techniques
11. Ability to use judgment as well as technical competence
12. Good team-worker, but able to work independently when required

Responsibilities & Deliverables:

1. Support Senior and Managers on compliance related work for various engagements.
2. Work on research assignments and various kinds of analysis, primarily numerical analysis.
3. Involved in valuation for various types of properties.
4. Responsible for preparation of memos, advices and general communication with the relevant party.
5. Continually updated with developments in real estate related areas.
6. Involved in follow up and gathering information from clients for various computations.

Qualifications and Experience:

Qualification - Graduate with real estate qulificaton prefered.

Experience - No Prior experience required.
